Our Story

We are three sisters -- the baker, the manager, and the marketer.

We started this bakery from a love of baking and a need to share the deliciousness derived over the years. Our name comes from our inspiration, Aubrey. She loved baking and passed away in 2019 at 3 and a half years old from congenital heart defects. We bake for her, always.
